We are pleased to offer free UK shipping on all orders

We are also very happy to offer shipping to Europe, United Arab Emirates, USA, and Australia.

All orders will be shipped within 2 business working days, this does not include public holidays or weekends.

Please note: As a result of Covid-19, we have seen increased shipping times due to delays at customs, in some instances, it has taken up to 3 weeks to deliver an international parcel, we kindly ask for your patience during this time.

Wrong address, not received, or stolen items

Genius Coffee Co is not responsible for lost orders due to the incorrect address being provided by the customer. Genius Coffee Co is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders.

All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.

For all UK orders, Royal Mail will provide a confirmation of delivery once your products have arrived. If you have received a confirmation email and have not received your products, first please contact Royal mail to understand the issue, and contact us at support@geniuscoffeeco.com if you require further assistance.


Please note that filing a claim does not guarantee that we will be able to provide a reshipment or refund. Our resolution will be based on the findings of the carrier once they have completed the investigation.

Genius Coffee Co does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

International Shipments

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to customs and duties charges, which will be notified at the point of your package reaching your destination country. Genius Coffee Co does not have control over customs and import tax and is not responsible for these charges. 

For international deliveries, if you purchase from our website and refuse the package at any point, or refuse to pay customs, please be advised that you will not be eligible for a refund for the package or postage due to fees incurred by us returning the package.

Please be advised that each country has different requirements on what ingredients can and cannot be imported. We recommend contacting your customs agency for a full list of what your country allows to be imported before purchasing. If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs we can only offer you a refund, minus shipping, if all products are returned to us in the original condition per our returns policy.
